Whatever cosmetic treatment you have at Bella Complexion, you will be given clear, personalised aftercare advice. This general guide covers what to expect after a cosmetic injectable appointment in Toronto NSW. Your practitioner’s specific instructions always take priority.

In the First Few Hours

  • Minor redness, swelling or small raised areas at treated points are common and usually settle quickly.
  • Try to avoid touching, rubbing or massaging the treated area for a few hours unless told otherwise.
  • Stay upright for a few hours and avoid lying flat or bending over for extended periods.

For the First 24 Hours

  • Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms and very hot environments.
  • Limit alcohol, which can increase the chance of bruising.
  • Avoid other facial treatments (such as facials, peels or skin needling) for a period your practitioner will advise.

When to Contact the Clinic

Contact Bella Complexion if you have significant or increasing swelling, severe bruising, any change to your vision, or any symptom that concerns you. Sue Willis RN is available to answer questions after your appointment.

Your Follow-Up

A follow-up review is typically arranged so Sue can assess how you are going and discuss any adjustments. Outcomes vary between individuals.
